Terms & Conditions
These terms cover everything you buy directly from us: apps, subscriptions, add-ons and in-app purchases, whether you buy on this site or inside one of our apps. Purchases made through the Mac App Store or another app store are covered by that store's terms instead.
Who you're buying from
Our apps are made and sold by Vishal Choudhary, trading as Lazydev Games ("we", "us"). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
What you can buy
We sell software in a few ways. The checkout and the app's page say which one applies before you pay:
- One-time purchase: you pay once and get a license for the app.
- Subscription: you pay monthly, yearly or for another stated period, and can use the app or feature while the subscription is active.
- Add-ons and in-app purchases: extra features, content or consumables such as credits, for an app you already use, sold one-time or as a subscription.
Prices are shown at checkout, where Paddle adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. Where an app has a free trial, its page says so; every purchase is covered by the refund policy either way.
Licenses
When you buy, you get a personal license to use the software; it doesn't transfer ownership of it. Your license comes as a license key or is linked to your account, and works on the number of devices stated on the app's page or at checkout. You can move it between your own devices from inside the app.
A one-time purchase includes updates for the version you bought, as described on the app's page. A new major version may be a separate purchase or an upgrade. A subscription includes updates while it's active.
Please don't share your license publicly, resell it, or try to get around the license check. A license that is refunded, charged back or clearly shared can be turned off.
Subscriptions
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and Paddle charges the payment method you used, until you cancel. If a subscription starts with a free trial, the checkout tells you when the first charge happens; cancel before then and you won't be charged.
You can cancel any time from the link in your Paddle receipt, at paddle.net, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If we change a subscription's price, we tell you before it applies, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
No warranty
The software is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of every bug or suit every purpose. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to what you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. The terms in place when you bought apply to that purchase; for subscriptions, changed terms apply from your next renewal after we've told you about them.
