Refund Policy
If something you bought from us isn't right for you, ask within 21 days of paying and you get your money back.
21 days, no questions
You can get a full refund of a payment if you ask within 21 days of that payment. You don't need to give a reason. After 21 days, that payment can't be refunded, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
- Apps, add-ons and in-app purchases: ask within 21 days of buying. The license or feature stops working once the refund goes through.
- Subscriptions: each payment, including the first charge after a free trial and each renewal, can be refunded within 21 days of that payment. Earlier payments can't. A refund ends your access for that period; to stop future charges, also cancel the subscription, as the terms explain.
- Consumables, such as credits or packs: refundable within 21 days only if you haven't used them. If you've used some, we refund the unused part.
How to ask
Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net and request a refund there. You can also email us at help@lazydevtools.com with the email address you used to buy.
Paddle, our reseller, issues the refund to the card or account you paid with.
Chargebacks and abuse
Please ask us or Paddle for a refund before disputing a charge with your bank; it's quicker for you. A disputed payment turns off the license or access it paid for. If the dispute is settled in our favour, it's turned back on.
We or Paddle may refuse a refund where there's clear evidence of fraud or abuse, such as buying and refunding the same app again and again, as far as the law allows.
Your legal rights
If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days. Under Paddle's buyer terms, that right ends for digital products once you start downloading or using them. Our 21-day refunds apply either way, so in practice this only matters for consumables you've used.
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
App Store purchases
Apps and in-app purchases bought through the Mac App Store are refunded by Apple. Request those at reportaproblem.apple.com.
